About us
StaffVision Services Inc. provides complete technology-based
solutions to the Temporary, Contract and Placement Staffing
industry.
Our company history
Originally founded as RPW Systems & Services in 1979 as a
result of a merger between a technical services company and a
computer technology provider. RPW originally designed,
developed, implemented, sold one of the first automated
pay/bill systems for the staffing industry. Some of our
clients included Kelly, Robert Half, Adecco and Volt. A
front-office "search" system later followed in 1987
and has evolved into one of the most comprehensive search
engines for the management of applicants, skills, clients and
recruiter reporting. The products and personnel became
StaffVision in 2001 and have remained as one of the
longest-running suppliers to the recruiting industry today.
Our key team
Brian
Toms Born in Wales, Brian crossed the ocean in 1990
to work on a contract and liked it so much here, he decided to
make Canada his home. Possessing over 25 years experience of software
development, Brian became a partner in the company in
2001 and is currently the SearchWare Product Manager and lead design analyst in our
front-office systems.
Terry Roth Founded RPW (the predecessor of
StaffVision) in 1979 and working most of his life in the
staffing automation market originally designing and developing
both front and back office software systems. Today, Terry leads the sales and
implementation team and provides an occasional hand in support
issues.
Sonya Marcinkowska Joining us in 1999 and
bringing along a university degree
in teaching mixed with a wealth of computer and technology
experience with her,
Sonya leads our technical support and documentation divisions.
To limit her functions to those departments would be doing her
a serious disservice as Sonya is a human octopus and has a
part in every aspect of our company including training and our
webmaster.
Maryse
Perreault With us since she was an intern in 1984, Maryse
is now both a super-mom (of three!) and a super programmer amongst many other
descriptions. Maryse holds a degree
in computer science and is the lead design analyst
and system architect for our back-office (pay/bill) products.
