Candidates fill out an
"application form" directly on a computer in
your interview area or testing room.
Whether you use our
general-purpose template with modifications, or
completely design your own form, this product is designed to
replace your paper-based application forms.
Candidates simply fill
out your customized form, providing info such as name, address, skills, education,
employment history, and any additional
questions or data you wish to collect.
When complete, the
system will print a
two-page paper form followed by your standard
disclaimer. The applicant can review the information
and sign on the signature line. This
"hard-copy" can be now be filed away for
legal purposes.
Simultaneously, a new
file in Searchware™ is
created with most of the relevant information
automatically "filled in". An exact image of
the complete application form is also
"attached" for future reference.

Over
the Internet Designed
to be linked to your company website, WebForm
quickly and easily gives you the ability to register
candidates into your system online.
WebForm may be
linked to your 'Careers', 'Apply with
Us' or may be invoked as a result of a
potential applicant answering a particular job
description in your "Jobs Available"
section. In the latter, it is possible to
include the 'job-order' that is being responded to.
Candidates
fill
out all information (name, address,
skills, etc) and can optionally attach an electronic
copy of their resume (in Word, Text, HTML or PDF
format).
Unlike the "On
Site" Candidate Registration product, applicant
information is not automatically updated into your
candidate database, but can be imported, if desired,
into SearchWare™.
