Temporary Job
Orders track the order from the time the requirement is
received, thru fulfillment and onto payroll and
billing. Providing vital information to the
accounting system, the job-order will always remain
accessible by recruiters even long after the assignment
has completed to represent the work history for a
candidate and client.
Once a Job Order has been
"opened", it can either move to a
"confirmed" stage or "cancelled" if
unable to fill. It can not be "deleted"
from the system by the recruiter. (When an order
is cancelled, however, the recruiter must specify the
reason which will provide useful tracking information in
activity reports and on the client's file.
