is why our clients are covered with our Priority Support
Service Plan or PSSP. This entitles our clients
to prioritized and unlimited software support.
Registration to this plan will provide your client with
toll-free phone and fax support in addition to email support
if desired.
Our
technical support is based on remote connections. Our
support staff will communicate with your system via a modem or
TCP/IP connection using one of a list remote access technology
available (PC-Anywhere, GoToMyPC, VPN, Terminal Server, Citrix,
etc) at convenient hours.
The
PSSP plan also entitles clients to periodic updates of our
software, which we will schedule with you to install.
